We carefully package every order and aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days. Shipping is available within Melbourne with standard delivery times. Orders to other locations in Australia may experience delays.
International shipping is not yet available, but you can contact us directly to discuss what we can accommodate. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Custom Orders: Collaboration is key. Feedback and opinions throughout the process help ensure you love the final product. No returns are accepted on custom pieces.
Shop Products: Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or with an issue. Please email us at eniat.design@gmail.com stating your order number in subject line, detailing issue in email, and we’ll guide you through the process.
