Shipping & Returns

Every piece we create is made with care and attention to detail. From custom illustrations to shop items, we want you to love every piece. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

  • We carefully package every order and aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days. Shipping is available within Melbourne with standard delivery times. Orders to other locations in Australia may experience delays.

    International shipping is not yet available, but you can contact us directly to discuss what we can accommodate. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

  • We create and collaborate with care so you’ll love every piece available online.

    • Custom Orders: Collaboration is key. Feedback and opinions throughout the process help ensure you love the final product. No returns are accepted on custom pieces.

    • Shop Products: Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or with an issue. Please email us at eniat.design@gmail.com stating your order number in subject line, detailing issue in email, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • Once we receive a returned item, we’ll inspect it and process a refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
