Every piece we create is made with care and attention to detail. From custom illustrations to shop items, we want you to love every piece. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We currently ship throughout Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
International shipping is not currently available. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Due to the limited nature of our collections and collaborations, product availability and pricing may change without notice. -
Each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. We take a considered approach to every detail and collaboration creating pieces made. Our creative studio and shop sells products that balance form, function, and longevity.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are created in collaboration with you. Feedback and approval throughout the design process help ensure the final piece reflects your vision. As a result, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please email eniat.design@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and details of the issue in the body of your email. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
How to Return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and, if approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
